Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated during checkout. Custom-built or made-to-order items may take additional time.
Shipping Carrier:
We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to deliver your order safely and on time. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Refunds

You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging included.

We will cover return shipping if the item is defective due to our workmanship.
Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If an item is defective due to our workmanship, we’ll replace it or offer store credit at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Used or damaged items (not due to workmanship issues) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your product is damaged or defective due to our workmanship, we will provide a full refund, exchange, or store credit, even beyond our standard return period in certain cases.
